Hara was my guide she was very flexible and adjusted the experience based on things I had already done in the city. She was extremely friendly and fun. I thoroughly enjoyed the time I spent with her learning the city and some of the unique aspects of it. The food we sampled was very delicious. Don't pass this opportunity up!

We had a wonderful time in Rethymno with Alia, our tour guide – the walking tour was informative and interesting, and the lunch and food tasting were both excellent.

We had decided against just staying in Chania during our one day on Crete, and I found this tour when looking for something my wife would enjoy, and Alia did not disappoint. I would highly recommend this tour for anyone visiting Crete who has a chance to spend an afternoon in Rethymno.

I try to do food tours everywhere because I feel it’s a good way to get to know a culture. It ended up just being me on the tour, but Hara and I had a blast together! She was so much fun and the food stops were really good (as well as some history thrown in there). Highly recommended!

We did the Rethymno gastronomy tour yesterday and had a blast! The food was really tasty and you get tons of information about Rethymno all presented in an interesting and fun way. Our guide Hara was amazing. Not only was she fun, friendly and made us all feel super comfortable, she also went above and beyond giving us recommendations for all around Crete and answering every single question we had. It was like having a friend show you around town. 100% would recommend.

Excellent guide. Provided lots of detail about not only the places we visited, but Cretan culture as well. Had good connections in Margarites, so we were able to watch a local potter create new products and he then answered our questions. Arkadi was fascinating historically. The Patsos hike was just the right length - beautiful and a good workout but not too strenuous. Also enjoyed the delicious lunch at a local tavern - food and hospitality both phenomenal.
